Examples¶
Runnable, self-contained scripts. Every example on these pages is executed when the documentation is built, so the figures and printed numbers are the output of the current version of pymocd. Download any example as a Python script or a Jupyter notebook with the buttons at the bottom of its page.
Basics¶
Run a detector, draw the result and score it against ground truth.
Benchmarking¶
Run detectors on planted-partition graphs, whose ground-truth communities are known by construction, and score what they recover, or check that a benchmark generator delivers the graph it was asked for. Every number and figure on these pages is computed when the documentation is built.
Pareto fronts and selection¶
Read a detector's whole Pareto front, and choose one partition from it by different rules.
Custom objectives¶
Replace a detector's objectives with your own and follow its search generation by generation.
